Upon arrival, we encountered mosquitoes everywhere, making our stay uncomfortable, especially near the pool area where we were bitten frequently. Despite asking maintenance for a spray on our first day, they never followed up or took action. Additionally, the dishwasher in our unit was not working, which was disappointing and felt like it should have been checked between stays.

Staying at this spot made it super easy to check out nearby attractions like the Port Aransas Beach, which is just a short walk away, and the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, less than 3 km down the road. overall, it was a fantastic hub for enjoying the charm and beauty of this coastal town while having plenty of lovely parks to stroll through and relax in during our family trip.

The ocean view was stunning, and we loved the outside rinse-off area. The condo was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the ping pong table for some evening fun. Had a fantastic chat with Aaron, the manager, who went out of his way to help us with car issues. the place felt like home away from home.

Just an appropriate option for taking strolls in Port Aransas with best value. The quick access to the beach was a huge plus for our family. Remember to bring insect repellent to keep the mosquitoes away.

Clean studio, convenient kitchen, with good wi-fi and a friendly staff that promptly fixed a toilet issue, while the location allowed us to walk to the nearby beach and enjoy meals at the cute gift shop on site.

The mattresses could use an upgrade for better comfort. We encountered some rolly Polly bugs around, and while they didn’t ruin our stay, a quick pest control check might be beneficial. My husband struggled with the TV setup, which was frustrating. Overall, I would still recommend this spot. it's perfect for a beach getaway, just needs a bit of attention in certain areas.
